Pricing, Payment, and Policies

1. Custom sizes are no problem. In general, they are priced at the next larger size (e.g. a 15x18 would be the same as a 16x20). To confirm custom sizes, or for works larger than 20x24, please contact PetPics for price quote.
2. PetPics can combine several pets, from one or multiple photos, into your art at an incremental per-pet cost.
3. Canvas prints are sprayed with a protective coating to help protect against scratches and fading. They can be stretched onto a wooden frame for a fee of $20.
4. Additional print prices are for the same size as the original order or smaller. Contact PetPics for enlargement prices.
5. Electronic proofs are free. Printed proofs are provided on standard paper and will contain a proof watermark.
6. Proofs are normally reduced to around 12x16 (lower price). Full-sized proofs are available at the higher price.
7. Card prices assume the artwork exists. If new artwork must be created for the cards, please add the price of a 5x7 to the order. Print may be added to the card front at no additional charge (e.g. Season’s Greetings).
8. We recommend having your artwork framed by a certified professional framer (CPF), and can offer referrals.
   But we know sometimes you don’t want the hassle or want your painting to arrive ready to hang on the wall. We offer a limited selection of mattes and frames in standard sizes. All mattes, backing materials, and adhesives are high-quality and acid-free. Sizes are based on art size (frame size will be one size up for matted art). Contact PetPics for a quote on sizes larger than 20x24.

Payment Terms

• PetPics accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, certified check, money order, or personal check (sorry, we do not accept American Express or Discover at this time). We are currently not able to process your order on line (but promise to add this when we get the chance.)
• A 50% deposit is required to start work. The balance is due upon proof approval, before the final work is shipped.
• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied upon seeing your proof, we’ll either make adjustments or provide a full refund. Changes requested after proof approval and the final print is made may result in additional fees.
• PetPics may hold orders where final payment is made by personal check for ten (10) days to allow check to clear.
• A $50 fee will be charged for any bounced checks.
• Massachusetts residents, or sales taking place in Massachusetts, must include 5% sales tax.

PetPics owns the copyright and reserves all reproduction rights to our artwork.

We reserve the right to use copies of completed work for promotional purposes. Pet and owner identities are never disclosed for promotional purposes without expressed consent from the pet owner.

PetPics cannot use professionally taken photographs as the basis for a painting without a written release from the photographer.
